心外监护室
科室特色：收治各种心脏手术后及围手术期心肺功能衰竭患者，包括心脏移植、冠心病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病、主动脉瘤、心脏肿瘤、ARDS等。2013年收治患者超万例(例)，抢救成功率达85%以上，死亡率仅1.7%。 Currently there are 300 medicial staff members in cardiac surgical ICU, including 26 doctors and the Doctor/Nurse ratio is 1:11. 收治心脏手术及急慢性心肺功能衰竭患者，在心脏外科术后患者基础监护治疗同时，开展了体外膜式氧合(ECMO)、主动脉内气囊反搏(IABP)、肾替代治疗(CRRT)、有创及无创呼吸治疗、血流动力学监测(PiCCO、Swan-Ganz导管等)。
Based on general ICU care/treatment for patients of post-cardiac surgery and acute or chronic cardiorespiratory failure, our ICU implemented extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), intra Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), left ventricular assist device (LVAD), invasive or non-invasive ventilation, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring (PiCCO/Swan-Gans catheter etc.).
